Ranked among the top 30th in the nation by U.S. News and World Report in 2019, the UC Davis Department of Chemical Engineering offers rigorous course work and excellence in research. Our faculty provide highly individualized mentoring for each graduate student with a strong focus on personal growth to achieve professional goals. Many of our graduates go on to a variety of academic, national lab, and industrial research positions.
