Jennifer Sinclair Curtis, who steps up as Dean to UC Davis’ College of Engineering this October, has won the F.J. & Dorothy Van Antwerpen Award. The Van Antwerpen Award recognizes outstanding technical and professional contributions to the field of chemical engineering through service to the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). Curtis will receive a plaque and $5,000, and will be acknowledged at the Honors Ceremony of the AIChE Annual Meeting.
Curtis is a Fellow of AIChE. She has previously won AIChE’s Thomas-Baron Award in Fluid-Particle Systems and Fluidization Lectureship Award. Read more here about her other accomplishments and work with AIChE.
