Bio
I have been working in vaccine development for more than two decades, using a novel viral carrier to promote innate and adaptive immunity. I use Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV), grown in plants, as an easy to produce and purify, and use as a cost-effective adjuvant to subunit and peptide vaccines. I am also working in plant systems to improve protein expression, and optimize assembly of coat protein genetic fusions. My goal is to promote optimized antigen delivery and stimulate effective neutralizing immune responses against infectious disease targets, like SarsCov2, Influenza, and other human health threats.
